Korean-Chinese foods in Korea

자장면
I went to chinese korean restaurant with my singapore friends last Friday.
Korean chinese foods…yes, chinese food but totally localized in Korea! Even the name is the same, but the taste is quite different.
First what I am going to introduce is Jajangmyun (자장면, 炸醬面)which is the most common korean chinese food.
The second food I want to introduce is JJambbong (짬뽕, 海鲜面). It is also one of the most common food which always make people hesitate to select between Jajangmyun and JJambbong. It looks very spicy? yes, it is! So whenever we see some foregners enjoy it very well, we give them “Thumbs up!! » So if you like spicy food, then you must try it!
And we also enjoyed « Sweet and sour pork(탕수육, 糖醋肉) » and « Spicy sweet and sour chicken(깐풍기, 干烹鷄). These are special foods, we usually have them when there is something celebrating (graduation or birthday…hehe)

탕수육

깐풍기
Last!! These are the side dishes, we always eat with! OH, there is Kimchi too~Usually there are 2~3, but this restaurant in Singapore serves you more.
Feel hungry? If you go to Korea, you can find them easily since these korean chinese foods are already very korean!!
You can compare to real chinese Jajangmyun, I am sure you will find the taste is very different.

what means Chinese-Korean ? Is it the korean minority in China ?
